We seldom have dissatisfied customers. If you let us know
you’re unhappy with our work—for any reason—
we’ll promptly return to your jobsite and finish
whatever is necessary to earn your repeat

service to our scores of loyal customers.

the Johnson Tree Company Warranties

JTC services what it sells.
We put our warranties in writing.*
We provide the following warranties
on all of our products and services.

• 1-year warranty on all trees we sell and install.*
  Most trees we install via mechanical tree spade carry a 2-year warranty.
  No other tree company in South Dakota provides such extensive coverage.

• 3-year warranty on mechanical system installations and surgeries (lightning protection systems, cabling/bracing, etc.).* JTC is the only tree service in South Dakota that provides any warranty on tree-structure surgeries.

• 3-year warranty for preventive Dutch Elm Disease fungicide treatments.* No other service provider in South Dakota offers a warranty against contraction of the Dutch Elm Disease.
